Profile : Chief Risk Officer – CRO; reporting to CEO

Function : Credit, OPS & Risk

Job Description :

  • Manage Credit & risk for pan India for Home loan, LAP and unsecured loans for affordable housing finance customers.
  • Involve in Policy and Process development and implementation for credit, risk and operations.
  • Manage process for Credit Approvals, front end & back end operations, Controls and Risk management
  • Monitor credit quality of the Loan Book in the portfolio
  • Liaise with clients, externals and internal team ask a subject expert for risk and credit
  • Focus on leakages and critical controls pertaining to risk and credit systems
  • Should involve in technology development in terms of decision automation
  • Lead a team of credit, risk, policy and operations manager

Expectations

Educational Qualification :

  • Chartered Accountant or an MBA from a premier institute

Experience:

  • 10 years in retail credit, risk and policy functions with Housing Finance, NBFCs or Banks

Job Description :

  • Build & execute the Sales & Distribution strategy of the Organization across PAN India for affordable home loans & business loans
  • Build a sustainable & cost-effective business origination /sourcing model to originate good quality portfolio
  • Lead a tech driven sales vertical focused on sourcing business from direct sources, referrals, developers and DSAs.
  • Manage the collections part of the business thru FOS and centralized team over a period of time
  • Ensure collections efficiencies for the portfolio
  • Work closely with credit, operations, technology, customer service functions to deliver a superior customer experience
